Performance schedule will be confirmed by June 20, 2014.

Scholarships will be awarded for outstanding performances.

Sound Equipment & chairs on stage will be provided.

If you are going to use a CD for your music, please bring two copies of the CD.

You or your group arrive, dressed and ready to perform 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time on stage.

All performers or their spokesperson are asked to report upon arrival to the Registration Desk next to re the Children’s Stage (north end of venue).

Dressing rooms will be provided for change of costume prior to the 15 minutes scheduled arrival time.

Limit your time on stage (5 minutes) including performance, as well as set up and take down or equipment to your allotted time.

Photographs will be taken and we require your permission to use photos for LIFS.
